Support-Tickets is a discord bot that allows you to create tickets for support and community interaction. A ticket is a channel where a member can have a private conversation with staff. 

Tickets are organised into categories that you create (such as ban appeals, staff applications, billing support etc). 

Unlike some other bots, panels are not a central concept in Discord Tickets. Tickets belong to categories, and a panel is one of several ways you can create a ticket. A staff member is any member who has at least 1 role that is assigned to any ticket category within the guild.

It is possible to change everything in this panel via dashboard:

There are multiple categories that can be created. A category can be created via dashboard. The category can be added to a panel while sending a panel. This is the category creator (works with forms too.):

Server Settings:

In the server settings section a admin can set everything important like language, close time, auto tag channel, blocked roles, logging, working hours, footer and more.

Tags:

A admin can create tags, they are like a fast support message that can be used with /tag in the specified channels or tickets. It make the life of supporters a log easier.

Reset and delete all data:

It is quite easy to delete all data stored about a server and the guild members. You can kick or ban the bot or simply just press the delete button in our dashboard: https://imgur.com/R8n8LlW.png

/claim: Claim a ticket
/close: Request a ticket to be closed
/force-close: Forcibly close a ticket
/help: Show the help menu
/move: Move a ticket to another category
/new: Create a new ticket
/priority: Set the priority of a ticket
/release: Release (unclaim) a ticket
/remove: Remove a member from a ticket
/tag: Use a tag
/tickets: List your own or someone else’s tickets
/topic: Change the topic of a ticket
/transcript: Get the transcript of a ticket
/transfer: Transfer ownership of a ticket to another member

The best way to find out how it actually works is to test it yourself. We got something nice created over the last few weeks and I really hope we can get the verification to get more people take the benefits of our bot.
